Bookings & Payments

All appointments at Uniquely Balanced scheduled online are secured via our online square booking system.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are securely processed and held by a third-party booking platform in accordance with Australian business standards.

Please note:

• Your booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and held by third party system.
• Uniquely Balanced does not receive payment until the day of your appointment

Understanding Your Booking

By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that:

• You have read the full service description prior to booking
• You understand that sessions offered are therapeutic sound massage and holistic wellness energy-based therapy 
• These sessions are not traditional or remedial massage therapies

Detailed descriptions of all services are provided on our website, booking page, and confirmation communications to ensure full clarity prior to your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. To respect both your time and ours, the following applies:

• 48+ hours notice: You may reschedule your appointment at no cost
• 48 hours notice: 50% of the session fee may be retained
• 24 hours or less notice / same day cancellations / no-shows: 100% of the session fee will be retained

This policy applies to all bookings, including individual and couples sessions.

Refund Policy

Uniquely Balanced maintains a strict no-refund policy for:

• Change of mind
• Booking the incorrect service
• Failure to read or understand the service description
• Non-attendance

As all services are clearly outlined across multiple booking touchpoints, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the session aligns with their expectations prior to confirming their booking.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced to avoid impacting following clients. Full session fees still apply.

Client Responsibility

By booking an appointment, you agree to:

• Respect the nature of the space as a calm, therapeutic environment
• Provide accurate and honest information relevant to your session
• Arrive on time and prepared for your treatment

Respect & Communication

Uniquely Balanced is committed to providing a calm, professional, and respectful environment for all clients.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a booking where communication is disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate. In such cases, cancellation policies will still apply.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to all Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies outlined above.
