At Uniquely Balanced, my approach is deeply devoted to an Eastern medicine philosophy of holistic, structural, and energetic care. I do not look at physical symptoms or parts of a person in isolation; instead, I look at your entire mind, body, and spirit as a single, beautifully interconnected system.
In our fast-paced world, daily stresses and environmental demands can subtly alter our internal alignment. In the West, we often seek to treat the physical manifestation of fatigue, but elsewhere in the world, traditional culture works directly with the body’s subtle energies to find a perfect, unobstructed flow.
Our Reiki Alignment is designed as a dedicated window to step away from the noise, catch your breath, and come back home to yourself. This ancient Japanese “hands-on” healing technique uses the gentle transference of universal energy (Ki or chi ) to remind your system of its innate, natural ability to rebalance itself on every level—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Tucked away in the quiet, calming energy of my private Margaret River studio, this session is a personalized sanctuary. You will remain fully clothed, resting deeply on very soft massage table that forms a supportive, luxurious cocoon. Because your comfort and energetic boundaries are paramount, my hands-on practice is guided by absolute respect, safety, and clear communication.
Rather than utilizing invasive physical touch, traditional Reiki flows subtly through structured hand positions gently held directly on or just above the body’s primary energy centers This quiet, focused transference of life-force energy works to:

- Experienced Lifelong Student: My dedicated energy therapy journey began with Reiki in 2015, completing my Master/Teacher training in 2019. While I view us all as lifelong students of this work, I am deeply committed to using my gifts to be in service to others.
- Multi-Modality Intuition: In addition to Usui Reiki, I am an Advanced Integrated Therapeutic Alignment (ITA) Practitioner through the Melaney Ryan Institute of Energy Medicine. This advanced background allows me to deeply understand the complex, multi-layered patterns of the subconscious mind and the body’s underlying grid channels.
- Sound & Vibration Mastery: As a certified Peter Hess® Sound Massage Practitioner, I have worked intimately with therapeutic sound bowls in my home and studio since 2020. I inherently understand how subtle frequencies, acoustic resonance, and energy medicine intertwine to calm the nervous system.
